Our site will confirm your free trial membership after receiving and verifying the registered information you offer, meantime offer you the limited jurisdiction, the trial account number and password according to your request. After your login in CCMB using the trial account number and password you will become the free trail member.

※ 会员责任（包括正式会员与试用会员）：
* Member responsibilities (both trial & regular):

1. 正式会员须按中国资讯网各收费栏目的收费标准支付每年度的信息服务费。
1.Regular member is required to pay for the info fee each year according to charging standards of each column in CCMB.

2. 中国资讯网向会员提供的会员帐号及密码仅限于会员本人使用，不得许可他人使用。
如会员号或密码遗失或被盗，会员须立即通知中国资讯网，由中国资讯网取消原密码重新设置新密码并通知会员；
2.The member account number and password is limited for the member to use, others are not permitted. If the member's account number or the password gets lost or stolen, the member must notify CCMB immediately. CCMB will cancel the original password, set up a new one and notify the member.

3. 会员对会员帐号与密码及利用会员帐号与密码获得的相关信息负有保密责任；
3.Member is responsible to keep the account number and password, and the relevant info getting via the account number and password secret.

4. 中国资讯网向会员提供的商品信息之著作权及其邻接权由中国资讯网拥有，未得中国资讯网事先书面同意，任何人不得擅自进行复制、编辑、出售、出版和传播等行为；
4.The copyright and neighboring right which CCMB offers to members of product info belongs to CCMB. Nobody is permitted to copy, reedit, sell, publish and spread if he/she does not obtain the written approval

5. 会员对其在中国资讯网上发布的各种信息的真实性与合法性负责，严禁发布虚假的、不合法的信息；
5.Member is responsible for the authenticity and legitimacy of his/her publishing information, false or illegal information is not permitted to publish in CCMB

6. 因会员违反上述2、3、4 、5条之规定，导致中国资讯网向第三人承担法律责任的，中国资讯网保留追究其法律责任的权利。
6.If CCMB is sued by third party caused by members violating the rule in 2,3,4,5, CCMB reserves the right to sue he/her.

※ 中国资讯网责任：
* CCMB responsibilities :

1. 在会员按规定支付费用后，中国资讯网须在款到24小时内为其提供会员帐号和密码；
1.After members payment with the rules, CCMB is required to supply member account number and password within 24 hours;

2. 保证网站信息更新的及时性和准确性；
2.Assure the info on the website keeps timely and accurate;

3. 保证按签约时承诺的服务项目，为正式会员提供优质服务；
3.Assure to supply high-quality service to members, in accordance with the signing contract.

4. 因火灾、水灾、暴动、骚乱、战争、自然灾害、政府行政行为等不可抗拒原因或其他意外事件导致中国资讯网不能提供服务或不能正常提供服务的，中国资讯网不承担责任。
4.CCMB is not responsible for abnormal or no service supplying caused by irresistible reasons or other accidents, such as the disaster of fire, flood, riot, disturbance, battle, nature, and government administrative behavior.
